The more I paint, the more I notice I love abstract because it allows me to alter my course at any moment. Although I spend time in a variety of media and hours training technical skills, I love the challenge of beginning without a plan. I love trying to create something unexpected. Working abstract allows the ability to follow where the composition takes me, but still lets me alter the course at any moment.
